Our mobile technicians cover the City of Ottawa and the communities around it: Kanata, Stittsville, Barrhaven, Nepean, Riverside South, Manotick, Greely, Metcalfe, Gloucester, Orleans and Cumberland, plus Gatineau, Aylmer and Hull across the river. If you are a little further out, in Rockland, Carleton Place or Kemptville, call and we will usually make it work.
Fleet operators can book several vehicles at one location in a single visit. Ask about fleet scheduling.
A parking spot with room to open both front doors and walk around the vehicle. In summer, that is all. From about November to March, we ask for a garage, carport or covered spot when the temperature is below -15°C, because urethane needs a minimum temperature to cure to a safe bond. If you do not have shelter, we will bring the vehicle into the shop at no extra cost, or schedule the mobile visit for a milder day.
Chip repairs are less fussy than replacements and can be done outdoors in most weather.
Mobile replacement follows the same steps as the shop: old urethane cut, pinch weld primed, new glass set, mouldings and sensors reinstalled. Vehicles that need a dynamic ADAS recalibration can be calibrated on the road after the install. Vehicles that need a static calibration with targets are calibrated at the shop; if that is your vehicle, we will tell you when you book so you can choose the shop visit or a two-step arrangement.

Yes, as long as there is a parking spot we can work around. Office lots and underground garages are both fine.
