What the warranty covers

• Workmanship: water leaks, air or wind noise, and loose or lifting mouldings caused by the installation.
• Manufacturer defects in the glass we supplied, such as distortion or delamination.
• Chip repairs: if a chip we repaired ever spreads, the repair cost is credited toward a replacement.

The warranty applies for as long as you own the vehicle and is honoured at the shop or by our mobile service. Bring your invoice, or just call and we will look it up.

What it does not cover

New damage from stones, debris, collisions or vandalism after the installation; stress cracks caused by body damage or rust on the pinch weld that was disclosed and declined at the time of the job; and glass supplied by the customer. If a new stone hits the new windshield, that is a fresh insurance claim, and we will help you file it.

Why we can offer it

Leaks and wind noise come from three things: a poorly prepared pinch weld, the wrong urethane for the temperature, or glass that does not fit the vehicle properly. We prime every pinch weld, use cold-weather urethane rated for Ottawa, and match glass to the Canadian VIN. Doing those three things every time is what makes a lifetime warranty a low-risk promise.
